Welcome to the online store of FLEUR Perfumes.
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the use of the online store, the placing of orders and the sale of products through the FLEUR Perfumes website.
By accessing, browsing or making a purchase from the online store, the customer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these terms.
FLEUR Perfumes sells products only to retail customers and end consumers. Any order that does not correspond to retail use, or is considered fraudulent, abusive or inconsistent with these terms, may be cancelled by FLEUR Perfumes.
The customer confirms that the purchase of products from the online store is made exclusively for personal use and is not connected with resale or professional activity, unless a specific written agreement has been made in advance with FLEUR Perfumes.

2. Scope
These Terms and Conditions of Sale define the rights and obligations of FLEUR Perfumes and the customer regarding the sale of products through the online store.
The terms apply to all orders placed through the FLEUR Perfumes website.
FLEUR Perfumes reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. The terms applicable to each order are those published on the website at the time the order is submitted.
3. Products
FLEUR Perfumes offers high-quality Eau de Parfum fragrances, cosmetics, fragrance products and related fragrance experience products.
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product information, descriptions, photographs, prices and characteristics are accurate and up to date.
However, there may be minor differences in product appearance, colour rendering, packaging or presentation, depending on the device, screen or available information.
FLEUR Perfumes reserves the right to modify, update, withdraw or replace products, descriptions, prices and availability without prior notice before the order is completed.
Products are intended for personal use and must be used according to the instructions and information stated on the packaging.
4. Product availability
Product offers are valid as long as the products appear in the online store and subject to available stock.
In the event of full or partial unavailability of a product after an order has been placed, FLEUR Perfumes will inform the customer by email or another available communication method.
In such a case, the customer may, depending on the circumstances, choose a product replacement, partial fulfilment of the order or cancellation and refund of the corresponding amount.
5. Orders
The customer may select products, add them to the cart and complete the order through checkout.
Before completing the order, the customer must carefully check the products, quantities, billing details, shipping details and payment method.
By completing the order, the customer confirms that the information provided is accurate, complete and true.
The order is considered placed when the customer receives an order confirmation email at the email address provided.
FLEUR Perfumes reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases such as:
- incorrect or incomplete customer details
- product unavailability
- technical or pricing error
- payment failure
- suspicious, fraudulent or abusive transaction
- an order that does not correspond to retail use
6. Prices
Product prices are displayed in the online store at the time of the order.
Prices are displayed in euros (€) and include VAT, where applicable.
FLEUR Perfumes reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed, unless there is an obvious technical or pricing error.
Any shipping costs, taxes, duties or additional charges are displayed, where applicable, before the order is completed.
Any additional charges from banks, card providers or payment providers are not controlled by FLEUR Perfumes.
7. Payments
The available payment methods are displayed at checkout before the order is completed.
Depending on the shipping country, device and available checkout options, payment methods may include:
- Credit or debit card
- PayPal
- Klarna, where available
- Apple Pay, where supported
- Google Pay, where supported
- Shop Pay, where supported
The available payment methods may vary depending on the country, payment provider, device or browser used by the customer.
Payments are processed through secure and trusted payment providers, such as Shopify Payments, PayPal and Klarna, where available. FLEUR Perfumes does not store card details or sensitive payment data.
The customer confirms that they have the right to use the payment method selected.
The order may not be processed or may be cancelled in the event of payment failure, rejection or non-completion.
8. Shipping and delivery
Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer during checkout.
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
The estimated delivery times are:
- Greece: 3–4 business days
- European Union: 4–8 business days
- Selected international countries: 10–15 business days
Processing and delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination country, courier service, product availability, periods of high demand, public holidays, customs procedures or other unforeseen circumstances.
FLEUR Perfumes offers free shipping for orders of €70.00 and above, according to the applicable terms displayed in the online store and at checkout.
For orders below the free shipping threshold, the shipping cost is calculated and displayed at checkout before the purchase is completed.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the shipping details. FLEUR Perfumes is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

9. Receipt of products
Upon receiving the order, the customer must check the condition of the packaging.
If the parcel appears visibly damaged, opened or altered, the customer is advised to refuse delivery, where possible, or to record the issue with the courier service and contact FLEUR Perfumes immediately.
In the event of an incorrect, incomplete or defective product, the customer must contact FLEUR Perfumes as soon as possible, stating the order number and the relevant issue.
10. Right of withdrawal and returns
The customer has the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days from the day of receiving the product, in accordance with the applicable legislation on distance purchases.
For hygiene and health protection reasons, products that have been opened, unsealed or used cannot be returned, unless they are incorrect or defective products, according to applicable law.
For a return to be accepted, the product must be in its original condition, unused, unopened or unsealed, and in its original packaging.
Return costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to an incorrect or defective product.
Before any return, the customer must contact FLEUR Perfumes at hello@fleurperfumes.com, stating the order number and the reason for the return.

11. Free sample
With every FLEUR fragrance, a free sample is provided so that the customer can experience the scent before opening the regular sealed packaging.
The free sample is provided to help the customer choose with greater confidence.
The existence of a free sample does not change the return conditions for products that have been opened, unsealed or used.
12. Offers and discounts
FLEUR Perfumes may offer seasonal promotions, discount codes or other promotional activities.
Offers are valid for the period stated and under the specific terms that accompany them.
Offers may be modified, suspended or ended without prior notice if this is considered necessary.
Discount codes are not necessarily combined with other offers, unless otherwise stated.
13. Intellectual property
All website content, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, photographs, design elements, trademarks and names, belongs to FLEUR Perfumes or is used lawfully by it.
Copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, publishing or using any part of the content without the prior written permission of FLEUR Perfumes is prohibited.
14. Use of the website
The user agrees to use the website in a lawful, fair and responsible manner.
Any use that may affect the operation of the website, cause damage, infringe third-party rights or be used for illegal, misleading or abusive actions is prohibited.
15. Personal data
The collection and processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy of FLEUR Perfumes.

16. Limitation of liability
FLEUR Perfumes makes every reasonable effort to ensure the smooth operation of the online store and the accuracy of the information provided.
However, it cannot guarantee that the website will operate without interruptions, technical problems or errors.
FLEUR Perfumes is not responsible for delays, interruptions, technical problems, payment failures or delivery delays caused by third-party providers, courier companies, payment providers, networks, systems or force majeure events.
17. Force majeure
FLEUR Perfumes is not responsible for failure or delay in performing its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, such as, indicatively, natural disasters, strikes, wars, pandemics, transport disruptions, network issues, technical problems of third-party providers or government decisions.
18. Modification of terms
FLEUR Perfumes reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time.
Changes apply from the moment they are published on the website.
Users are advised to check this page periodically for updates.
19. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Greek law, subject to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply in the customer’s country of residence.
For any dispute arising from the use of the website or transactions through it, the parties will first attempt to resolve the matter amicably.
If an amicable resolution is not reached, the competent courts shall be those determined by the applicable Greek and European legislation.
For transactions with professionals or in cases where permitted by law, the courts of Athens shall have jurisdiction.
20. Alternative dispute resolution
In the event of a dispute, the consumer may first contact FLEUR Perfumes E.E. so that an amicable resolution can be attempted.
The consumer may also contact the competent alternative consumer dispute resolution bodies provided for under applicable law.
The European online dispute resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is no longer used for new cases.
