What are FLEUR fragrances?
FLEUR fragrances are high-quality Eau de Parfum scents, designed to offer intensity, longevity and an elegant feeling in everyday use.
How can I choose the fragrance that suits me?
You can search for fragrances by fragrance family, intensity, season or occasion. The available filters help you discover options that better match your style and preferences.
Do you offer a free sample?
Yes. With every FLEUR fragrance, you receive a free sample so you can experience the scent before opening the regular sealed packaging.
Can I return a product?
You may request a product return within 14 calendar days from the day of delivery, provided that the product has not been used, has not been opened or unsealed, and is in its original packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, returns cannot be accepted for products that have been opened, used or unsealed.
How do I start a return?
To start a return, contact us at hello@fleurperfumes.com, stating your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will inform you about the next steps.
Is free shipping available?
Yes. FLEUR offers free shipping for orders of €70.00 and above, according to the available shipping method and delivery country.
What are the delivery times?
The estimated delivery times are:
- Greece: 3–4 business days
- European Union: 4–8 business days
- Selected international countries: 10–15 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by the courier service, public holidays, delivery region or customs procedures.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.
How can I track my order?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an update with the available tracking information, where this is supported by the courier service.
Which payment methods do you support?
The available payment methods are displayed at checkout before you complete your order. Depending on the country, device and payment provider availability, you may be able to pay using methods such as:
