Consumer Code of Conduct for E-commerce

FLEUR Perfumes respects consumer rights and operates with transparency, reliability, transaction security and protection of personal data.

This page summarises the basic principles we apply in our online store, in accordance with the Consumer Code of Conduct for E-commerce and the applicable Greek and European consumer protection legislation.

2. Scope

This Code applies to transactions carried out through the FLEUR Perfumes online store between the company and final consumers.

FLEUR Perfumes sells products only to retail customers and final consumers. Orders that do not correspond to retail use, or are considered fraudulent, abusive or inconsistent with the terms of the online store, may be cancelled.

FLEUR Perfumes makes every reasonable effort to ensure that consumers are informed in a clear, complete and understandable way before completing a purchase.

- free shipping for orders of €70.00 and above

4. Products and descriptions

FLEUR Perfumes offers high-quality Eau de Parfum fragrances, cosmetics, fragrance products and related fragrance experience products.

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices and information are accurate and up to date.

Minor differences may occur in product representation, depending on the device, screen or available information.

5. Orders

After completing the order, the customer receives confirmation at the email address provided.

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the details entered during the order, such as contact details, billing address and shipping address.

FLEUR Perfumes reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases such as product unavailability, technical error, payment failure, incomplete details or suspicious/fraudulent transaction.

6. Transaction security

Payments are processed through secure and trusted payment providers, such as Shopify Payments, PayPal and Klarna, where available.

FLEUR Perfumes does not store full card details or sensitive payment data.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the transactions and data we process.

7. Personal data

FLEUR Perfumes processes personal data in accordance with the applicable personal data protection legislation.

9. Right of withdrawal and returns

The consumer has the rights provided by the applicable Greek and European legislation for distance purchases.

The customer has the right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the day of receiving the product, in accordance with applicable law.

For hygiene and health protection reasons, products that have been opened, unsealed or used cannot be returned, unless they are incorrect or defective products, according to applicable law.

With every FLEUR fragrance, a free sample is provided so that the customer can experience the scent before opening the regular sealed packaging.

13. Alternative dispute resolution

In the event of a dispute, the consumer may first contact FLEUR Perfumes E.E. so that an amicable resolution can be attempted.

If an amicable resolution is not reached, the consumer may contact the competent alternative consumer dispute resolution bodies, in accordance with applicable law.

The European online dispute resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is no longer used for new cases.
