At FLEUR, we want you to buy your fragrance with confidence.

With every FLEUR fragrance, you receive a free sample so you can experience the scent before opening the regular sealed packaging.

Returns policy

You may request a product return within 14 calendar days from the day of delivery, provided that the product is in its original condition, has not been used, and the regular packaging remains closed, sealed and intact.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used or unsealed.

Free sample before opening

The free sample allows you to try the fragrance before opening the regular packaging. If the scent does not suit you, you can keep the main packaging closed and contact us regarding the return process.

Return conditions

For a return to be accepted, the product must:

- not have been used
- not have been opened or unsealed
- be in its original packaging
- be accompanied by the receipt or order number
- be returned according to the instructions provided by the FLEUR team

Return process

To start a return, contact us at hello@fleurperfumes.com, stating your order number and the reason for the return.

Please do not send any product back without prior communication and confirmation from our team.

Our team will inform you about the next steps and the return address.

Return cost

The return shipping cost is borne by the customer, unless the product delivered was incorrect or defective.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will inform you whether the return has been approved or rejected.

If the return is approved, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, according to the processing times of the payment provider.

Incorrect or defective product

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective product, please contact us as soon as possible and ideally within 48 hours of delivery, so that we can review the issue and help you with the appropriate solution.
